Buying the book

If you are in Perth, you can buy the book in person from St John’s Books in Fremantle.

If you are in Busselton or Dunsborough, contact me on 9701 9430 or 0438 99 1114 and I will deliver them to you.

The books are for sale at $10 each plus $2 postage and packaging within Australia. For orders of 10 or more, the books are $8 each plus postage.

If ordering from outside Australia a book costs $US10 plus $US7 postage and packaging.

You can also purchase the e-book for $US 3.99 in a wide range of formats from Smashwords.
